Do not work for James Ward . He does not pay his trades. He won’t even return a phone call or a text. I completed the work submitted a bill for $1800 and he blew me off. He has no Conscience and will stiff a worker and or a homeowner. I have four kids that Money means some thing but not to James. He only cares about himself.
I hired James ward to remove skylights from my patio last summer. He assured me that my patio roof would NOT leak again. By the following summer I have a leaking roof. After several attempts to contact him, he finally comes back. Promise he'll fix it. Sends some people over. And as you can see from the pictures, the work they've done is unacceptable and to this day I still have a leaking roof.I called the city of Mayfield height to file a complaint and he NEVER purchased a work permit to do the roof. So the building inspector came was not informed to inspect their work.Because of his "referral program" said that he owed me $300. I referred him to a friend of him in Mayfield...read full review
