“My furnace started having issues early Wednesday morning, they were able to come look at it on Thursday and determined it was over 40 years old. They could have put a bandaid on it, but were very honest about a need for a replacement. I thought this would take a few days, but they were ready on Friday to replace it completely. The young men who come out were extremely respectful and even helped keep my cats inside while they went in and out for parts. During and after install, they asked to use my vacuum and cleaned up the whole area, even asking at one point if a spot in my living room was from them. It wasn't, I had been crafting and a few small pieces of paper found their way to the floor. But they would have cleaned it up if I didn't insist it wasn't them. I highly recommend this company.
