Highly recommend! My dog started having an issue with her ears just DAYS before I’m supposed to leave for boot camp. Explained the situation and they squeezed me in!! They took a load of stress off of my shoulders and now that’s one less thing I have to worry about while I’m gone. Happy owner and fur baby here, highly recommend!

I'm not a customer, but I drove past on Tuesday July 19th at 6:15pm and saw a one-eyed little yellowy-white dog (possibly a Pomeranian or Pom mix?) with short hair and patchy spots of fur on her/his back.... just STANDING ALL ALONE in the parking lot by the back door, kind of wandering around the vehicles and returning to the door!!! So I looked around for humans, no one in sight! Busy traffic on 79 and cars going down the back road. I banged on the door (which had a key sticking out of the keyhole), and someone came out as I pointed at the dog and s/he ran into the door, and the employee casually thanked me and shut the door again, as if I has just delivered the mail or something. THEY LEFT A LITTLE DOG UNATTENDED IN THE PARKING LOT. Leaving this review in hopes the parents of that little dog see this, because I SURE WOULD WANT TO KNOW IF THAT WERE MY DOG.

My girl was 18 y.o. and she declined quickly. I called in the morning and was able to get her in same day. It's never easy saying good bye, but the staff and doctor were amazing. Compassion and respect. Thank you everyone
