This task had no know information on it... even on the internet there was no solution. After waiting a while with constant updates on the progress of the repair my device was fixed! I would like to point out that it took multiple attempts to fix this issue, but the fact that they didn't give up and kept trying separates them from other electronic repair shops/companies.
