Dr. Schroeder and the staff at West Side were all so very caring and compassionate as we said goodbye to our precious furbaby. I've loved them for a few years but they really have my loyalty now. I highly recommend.

As usual, they were awesome. The front office staff is so friendly and welcoming. There were no delays for my appointments and the waiting room is large and always clean. My cat , Chelsea, is very skittish, and the staff is so skilled in helping her stay calm.
