Preferred Home Comfort does my maintenance twice a year and it’s been a great experience. I’ve had two issues come up with my ‘99 HVAC and they came out the next morning and took care of me right away! Best heating and cooling company in Cincinnati, highly recommend!
Rod and his team have always given me A++ service! I purchased a new home system from them five years ago and couldn’t be happier with the product and the level of service they provide!
I called these guys Thursday May 23 2024. They came out on Memorial Day weekend. They were knowledgeable and helped me understand what it was my home needed and explained it in a way that didn’t leave me feeling stupid. They came out when they were scheduled. Got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. Would I use them again? Absolutely! ??
