“I have only been to this office twice now. The employees are very, very nice. The wait time to get back into a room is not long at all. The only issue I have is the wait for the doctor to come in the room. The first time I waited over an hour, the second time around 40 mins. Now once the doctor is there, the doctor takes their time giving me all the information I need and makes sure all of my questions are answered. I do not feel rushed at all. You would have to decide for yourself if the amount of time you are there is worth the quality of care you receive.“

“This was my first time of being seen at MidWest Eye Center, West Chester and I must say that I have never in my life had an eye exam that was so thorough. The staff was very nice and professional from the front office to the back office. Crystal (performed all of the tests) was phenomenal in explaining the process, performing the testing, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Kies looked over the tests and went over them with me. I received a clean bill of eye health ??. Dr. Kies stated I didn't need to be seen by him again for 2 years. I will definitely be back for my 2 year check up. “The staff of this location in Fairfield are TOP NOTCH!! Every person we interacted with was kind, professional, understanding and helpful. My mom was transported from a nursing home and is wheelchair confined. She was extremely late to the appointment due to transport driver being late to pick her up. They still worked her in and treated her kindly and professionally without rushing her through the process. Several staff and the Doctor were there past closing time too! Then, the transport driver refused to take her home and left my mom stranded. A few of the staff members stayed and called the transport company on our behalf. I cannot express enough our appreciation for all those who interacted with my mom and stayed to fight to get her home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!“

“Great experience with DR. MARIAN MEKHAIEL, during a regular eye exam with my son, she noticed something abnormal and recommended a specialist immediately! Good thing she did because my son had lattice degeneration with holes and he's super active in sports. Had it not been caught, he could've gotten hit and got a detached retina. The specialist recommended surgery asap. The specialist was super surprised it was caught during a regular exam and appaulded our normal eye exam doctor, DR. MARIAN MEKHAIEL, for catching it.
