“I recently had a total roof shingle replacement with AVR. At the initial consultation with Doug relative to this process he provided specific and detailed information that would be provided for this job.
Items of particular interest were profile of materials utilized, warranty of these items including the company warranty, property protection, scheduling and job supervision.
Once selected for the project it was scheduled and completed within two (2) weeks. The installation crew was coordinated, efficient and meticulous in their work.
The one noticeable highlight of this job was the cleanup process which was addressed in three phases. As the tear off was ongoing a crew was collecting debris, during the installation a crew was collecting debris and when completed the entire crew collectively scoured the complete area for any possibly remaining debris.
Doug was on site for the complete job. From the begging of this project there was clear communication, honest and reliable answers to any question which were presented in a professional manner.“
