Still waiting on date of death to be placed on headstone, someone buried just over a year ago. [September 2023] Prepaid funeral too...keep getting sent to grounds crew who never answer phone or return calls. ?
So disrespectful they told us $4,000 if the put a head stone plus the other fees I asked about an outside company coming in and doing it said I had to pay them to survey it then pay them to pour cement and they had no idea of how much that would be but she would guess roughly $2,000 then she assured me that if the headstone is not done by them they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO GET DAMAGED so she probably wouldn’t recommend it sounds like a money scam if ya ask me they find you when your vulnerable and take advantage of you because it’s your loved one bunch of TRASH HEARTLESS PEOPLE to do that to someone
My husband passed away on July 2, 2021. Our stone was already in place at the time. The wrong death date was put on his marker. I have personally gone in the office 4 times. Someone took my information and my number. Haven't heard from anyone. Don't ask me to email because nothing will be taken care of.
