This is my second time coming here and I have loved both experiences. Jessica was amazing at calming nerves and talking about what she was doing throughout the appointment. It wasn't all just step-by-step, but she actually had conversations with me that I thoroughly enjoyed! The second time around, she remembered details from the previous appointment, which is really awesome that she not just rememberd me as a client, but also remembered details from my other appointment. I should have made a review a year ago when I found Jess but I dropped the ball big time! Anyways, I have been going to Jess for over a year now with all of my waxing needs. She is sooooo wonderful!! She is patient, kind, nurturing and very personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcome from start to finish and never once was she at all judgemental in any way. I have been needing and wanting to get back in to see her but wedding planning has completely consumed my life ? sorry Jess, I will be back soon!!

Jess is amazing! I have had many facials but hers is the best! The setting is stylish and calming while she is knowledgeable and professional. She described everything she was doing as she went along, and shared product tips and recommendations at the end without pressure to buy. Go see her!!!
