Newer customer. Our Lab Mix loves this place. The ladies are all very friendly and are all dog lovers, you can just see it with each 1 that comes in. If you haven't been here, call them for an apptmt. I'm glad we did!

My wife and I spent a few years trying to find the right groomer for our pups. One is an angel and loves the groomer, the other is high anxiety and not a fan. We tried many different groomers until we found Ben Fur. Each one we tried before them was not a great experience. We had times we would pick our pup up with new cuts or nails half done. Our first trip to Ben Fur we warned them about him and they were confident they would be able to groom him. Each time they do an amazing job and never have issues. It was the first time I've taken my new puppy to get groomed and the staff was amazing, friendly, answered any questions I had, made me and the pup feel at ease. I plan on being a lifetime customer of theirs.
