They tell you anything to get you to buy a home. Yes they helped me buy the home. But if that tell you they will fix anything make sure it's in writing. Because once you close they will keep giving excuses not to fix the issue. My roof that was new and his guys did the work was suppose to have a 10 yr warranty on it. It leaked into my attic and was coming through the ceiling inside the home. I got the run around for 3 yrs. Sure he sent ppl out to the home then they would say so and so will be out to fix it. But no one ever come. Before closing we verbally agreed he would change a couple windows out and the garage door. It wasn't on paper so after it closed he did...read full review
