“This is my second time coming here and I have loved both experiences. Jessica was amazing at calming nerves and talking about what she was doing throughout the appointment. It wasn't all just step-by-step, but she actually had conversations with me that I thoroughly enjoyed! The second time around, she remembered details from the previous appointment, which is really awesome that she not just rememberd me as a client, but also remembered details from my other appointment. She was very thorough and her attention to detail was pretty on point. She took the time to do her job, but also didn't waste either of our time on frivolous things. She had a job, she did it, but made it very enjoyable with amazing results!

I came in today bc I needed a trim bad and I had her do a couple highlights to add a little something to make my hair pop and she far exceeded my expectations again. “Six months ago, I discovered Shelley‘s unique hair design. I wear my hair short and I find it’s very difficult to find stylist that are comfortable cutting modern short hairstyles. It appears that education now in cosmetology field is more so focused on extensions and hair coloring. Short hair seems to be a second thought, but when I went to Shelly’s hair design and discussed with the stylist Debbie, what I was looking for she listened and was able to provide me a very nice cut color and highlights for a very reasonable price, I cannot say enough about this salon tucked back by daycare But if you’re looking for a clean, nice hometown salon, I highly recommend Shelly’s. You’re not going to get an espresso drink or canned cocktails, but you will certainly be happy with your hair.“
