Awesome customer service with outstanding communication!! After reaching out to several companies to treat carpenter bees on our deck (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend no less), Ampulex not only answered but they took the time to address my long list of questions and concerns about treatment options since we have our kids, pets, and other home projects scheduled long term... Other companies who returned our messages a few days later not only had higher estimates but just seemed so pushy to schedule an appointment to even answer my questions... While on-site they were very thorough and friendly with taking the time to really explain everything in more detail and even pointing out other mild concerns around our home... I feel confident that the job was done right and I will not hesitate to recommend Ampulex and use them again for any future needs!!! AGAIN THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I’ve worked with many contractors over the years as both a real estate agent and a homeowner, and I’ve met only a small handful as dedicated to a positive customer experience as Eric with Ampulex.
