Terry was awesome he came out to help my mom with a major plumbing issue. Old graphite pipes he had to take out and replace. What a job it was going to be. Terry got it done in a day and a half. When I purchased a whole house filtration system from SpringWell (after extensive research), Terry was the top recommended plumber in the Cincinnati area they referred me to for installation. He came out to survey the area I wanted to place it , and promptly provided a free estimate. He was very personable and friendly, and we felt at ease that he would do a great job. The final configuration he provided made maintenance of the replaceable filter very simple, and we are very happy with the job he performed at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Terry for any of your plumbing needs.
