I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to pull on in and the guys was very accurate and detailed of what they was doing to my vehicle. Answer some other questions I had, and was back on the road in no time 🤩🤩.
Id like to start this off by saying, I have had bad experiences with Valvoline. However today I needed to have service done to my vehicle and a gentleman by the name Jo my (CSR) completely made my day. He went above and beyond to efficiently and effectively cover all corners of service, giving expert advice all the while being professional and friendly. He did an amazing job presenting the services without applying pressure, making me feel like I was in a friend’s garage after a long day at work getting much needed service completed while knowing my vehicle is in experienced hands.
