One of our post caps on the deck was damaged, and even though it wasn’t clear how it happened, Chris didn’t hesitate to replace it AND all of the other post caps to make sure they all looked new. He went above and beyond & we appreciated that. Chris also provided us with an estimate and cost breakdown with anything extra that could come up (but didn’t), while other roofing companies did not want to provide this and only wanted our insurance estimate & check. I learned a lot during this process and highly recommend avoiding storm chasing roof companies and instead use a small family run business doing honest work like this one!“

Completing this project wouldn’t have been possible without your exceptional skills and commitment. I had storm damage. From the hailstorm that came through Ohio in March 2024.I had been working with four other project, managers and companies trying to get the approval for hail damage that occurred to my roof and to my siding. “Had JF Baker's Sons Roofing out today for a quote. I wanted them to check the roof of my parents' home that I recently inherited to make sure there were no issues with the roof that I was not aware of. The current roof was put on in (I think) around 2008 and I was afraid that it might even need a new roof. The person who came out (I'm bad with names and can't remember his name) got up on the roof and took pictures and looked it over and told me it actually looked pretty good - that there were probably several years more life in those shingles. I was very impressed by his honesty and will definitely be calling them if any issues do arise in the future. Based on today's appointment (and the large number of 5 star reviews they already have), I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their roofs. He was not pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions even though they would not be doing any work since the roof was in good shape.“

“After getting many quotes from other companies for new seamless gutters I decided to use Supreme. They were fast and thorough with the install. When I did have a concern with a small part of the workmanship, they were out within the next hour to resolve.The new gutters look great other than a relatively noticeable slope (Possibly due to my fascia board being a different color than the gutter), but will hopefully resolve the ponding I was having close to my foundation due to the 20 year old system. I will be sure to update after the first heavy rain next year.The only concern I had with the entire transaction was the setup of the time of work and payment. During the period of accepting the estimate the response times at one point extended past a full 24 hours. I was also unable to complete a deposit payment due to payment information not being supplied until the day labor was to be performed.Thank you Supreme for your quick work!
