Super cooperative and helpful but did not give me info on when they were coming initially. I walked into my apartment thinking I had been ghosted, and then found a note from them asking to remove my cats for the next treatment. It was resolved shortly, but yikes.

John Jones always goes above and beyond when it comes to his work. As a Property Manager I have worked with other companies and technicians, but John Jones and Ehrlich have been by far the best company and technician I have had the pleasure of working with. High recommend Ehrlich especially if you can get John as your technician.

Troy does an amazing job when he comes to our Innis road facility. He is very professional and always communicates any issues or concerns he my have/see during his weekly inspections. He is always courteous and has a positive attitude while here.
