I always like shopping CWI have for years on line and in the warehouse I wish I could give you 5 stars but there has always been a big problem with out of stocks for years and the on line shopping inventory has always been a big problem with updates of inventory a lot of items say they are in stock and they are not or they say out of stock but come to find out they are really in stock I have found several items to be in stock when shopping the warehouse that I have seen out of stock on line and the other way around on line items say in stock and when I shop the warehouse for in stock items I get there and they are out of stock. Absolutely stellar customer service, every single time! I've been a customer of CWI for over 12 years and back when they were located in Reynoldsburg. Since moving to Groveport, Ohio they have expanded exponentially adding a showroom, a way to enter your item numbers and print out a "pull list" including aisle/bin numbers AND it's in order?! For such a huge operation, I continue to be floored at the personal old-school customer service. Wide aisles, great displays, fun and awesome open houses, web site to xross reference if needed and they carry other wholesale merch inside their warehouse. Triple win! I got to go to CWI while we were in Ohio visiting family. I have shopped online through the catalog but going there in person was great. They are so friendly and offered bag lunches and prize giveaways. It was a special treat and I’ll go back next time I’m in the area or maybe take a special trip to go there.
