Dean helped me out when I was down &and out of $ during covid he was here within 1 hour of me calling &he worked throughout the night until 12 to get me water and he only charged me 400.00 when it should have been 1800.00 thanks dean your 1 of a kind I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has water issuesService: Pump repairs & installation

I would give 10 stars of gratitude if I could. Dean and Bauer Repair Service saved us (when the original water tank company would not) from disaster as a tiny leak was quickly becoming a serious concern! Our tank and the fittings got replaced asap on an OSU game day with no extra charge! Dean had to use his personal car to bring the tank bc their truck was being serviced. That is way above and beyond!! The tank would have poured 20 gallons of water per hour into our basement if it blew and Bauer Repair guys hadn't recognized the urgency and bailed us out! Superior customer service!! #gratitude
