I have received physical therapy from Charles on two occasions for three months last fall 2033 and spring 2024 for spinal stenosis. He decreased my pain significantly both times. He gave me a lot of guidance on how to control and prevent my pain with regular stretches and core strengthening exercises. I feel more in control of my condition. Also Charles provides some treatments called facial release which helped a lot. He even taught me how to preform some of that technique on my self. He has been amazing
I highly recommend Starr Spine for PT. It was a healing experience for me from my very first visit. Coming into my first appointment, I was suffering from chronic back pain unable to even sit comfortably. I left pain free that day! It was a night and day experience. I'm now confident to do life again knowing Starr Spine has got my back!
Charles Starr is terrific at helping you correct your body position and realign muscle strengths across various joints. He has kept me out of surgery at least once, and continues to help my keep my almost 80 year old body functioning very well.
