I had an issue with washer and decided to try Soap City. The place my husband and I used to use wash shut down for remodeling. Someone recommended Soap City (2 years ago). I go there at least every 6 weeks. The facility is always clean. I will only go when Carol works. She is very accommodating. She's normally on the floor folding clothes or sweeping and cleaning. She does an outstanding job. Soap City is fortunate to have her. I have been so impressed with the level of customer service she provides that on occasion I have brought her either a breakfast or lunch (Arby's or Wendy's). Great lady. ☆☆☆☆☆

It's a decent place in a safer part of the city. I had no issues with my items being touched. The dryer I used wasn't heating properly and the attendant gave me my quarters back. Take cash with you for change.

I've never gone when it is too busy. I like being able to get all my laundry washed and folded with 2 hours. Smells a little like cat from time to time, but overall a chill place to do your laundry.
