I have had all good encounters with this practice. Well organized and managed, friendly staff, knowledgeable medical team, and amazing massage therapists! Their office staff worked diligently to make sure I was set for my appointments, procedures, and would calm my nerves with any questions I had or point me in the direction of someone who would be able to answer them. I wholeheartedly would recommend Physical Medicine & Spine Center to anyone I know who is in pain or needs medical help within their specialties. My family also is able to go here for massages as well!

Got a call 5 hours before my massage "Sorry, your massage Therapist had an emergency. Can we reschedule 21 days later?" No offer of a free massage for the inconvenience of having to wait an additional 21 days. I was looking forward to this for the entire time I had is scheduled only to be disappointed and not given a good option for another day. TERRIBLE!
