. I am a current customer. But needed some extra funds. Applied on Friday, got a call back Monday around 10:30am. Then finally just after 4 I was told I was at my limit on my vehicle. Which is fine but did we have to take up my whole day waiting. I could’ve been exploring other options. I make all my payments on time. I really feel like a decision and response could’ve been done in a more timely matter.
Great associate in Zach but was not able to do anything for me. Pre-approved for the loan but all I got in the end was a hard inquiry on my credit report and $0 for a loan. Tread lightly.
The staff at OneMain Financial in Grove City, Ohio was very thorough and allowed me the ability to free up my cash flow, and to have some Holiday cash as well. by doing a quick debt consolidation loan. Thank you to the whole team for helping me to pay off credit cards to start 2021 with a clean slate. I'm going to learn from this experience to be a more responsible consumer.
