I'm so glad my mom selected Newcomers for her funeral services. Mom made prearrangements, and Newcomers handled all of the details. We added on to these arrangements with ease. This allowed our family to grieve and celebrate her life. The staff communicated with us every step of the way. The overall costs were so reasonable for all the services we received.
Very professional yet warm and friendly. Extremely organized and thorough. Listened more than talked and gave good suggestions when asked. Worked with us through the end. Excellent experience!
Recently attended a funeral at this Newcomer location. I just want to highlight how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and supportive. I want to specifically mention Cecilia. She was the one who greeted and the one who said goodbye. I saw her performing any task that needed to be done with a smile on her face. She definitely made the whole day easier.
