Review of Brow Sculpting Pencil, Grey. This is the best eyebrow pencil I have ever used! It truly is a sculpting pencil. It actually defines my eyebrows. This color grey is as near a perfect match to my black eyebrows since Merle Norman discontinued the Definitive Brow Pencil in Soft Black. The other pencils just weren't a good color match, nor did they do a very good job of defining my eyebrows. This is the best! Thank you Rosemary. Thank you Merle Norman.
