I can say a lot of wonderful things about this facility, but the most important thing is that the care that is given here is above and beyond. My grandmother recently discharged from Meadow Grove Transitional Care; she needed rehab to help with a fall that had taken place at home. We absolutely loved being here and would definitely recommend anyone needing rehab that this is a wonderful place to be! We can't thank you enough for helping her get to her feet again and being able to come home during the holidays! Thank you so much for all of the hard work and appreciation that you give to your residents!
My experience as a therapy patient at Meadow Grove was excellent on all fronts. The staff, from management to housekeeping, were kind, professional and caring. The facility is extremely clean and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend MG to others and would gladly return if necessary. Thanks Tekia, Valerie and staff! I have been here a week and the staff is awesome. I feel very at home here and everyone has been extremely kind and attentive. I’ve had other family members and friends spend time her and they were all treated with dignity and respect. Nothing but great care here!
