Just had new carpet installed today from Grimes! We are so pleased and the crew that came for the installation was fantastic. Richard and Jim were super helpful with making my final carpet choice and measuring/estimating. This is the second time we have purchased carpet from them and will for sure come back!

This is long over due but a big thank you to the good people at Grimes Flooring !! We just moved to the area and unexpectedly needed to replace the carpet in 3 bedrooms. Jim helped us right away- incredible service from start to finish- helpful, responsive and personable. From measuring to install was less than 2 weeks. They would have been able to install even sooner had we picked something they had on hand, but we needed a specific pattern. Jim located the perfect option and got it ordered for us. We started talking about installing new carpet in our bedroom on Tuesday then decided to contact Grimes and spoke to Jim. We went to their warehouse on Wednesday and selected our padding and carpet. It was installed the next day and feels and looks incredible. My wife can’t stop raving about how much she loves it. From start to finish, the process and product were beyond our expectations. Great job!
