I only bought it for a classic set, but Aubrey gave me a hybrid set anyways because she said it would look best for my Asian features. I get the hybrid refills for $60 every 3 weeks or so. Sometimes she'll discount it because she might've not had to use a lot of product. I have my own set that she uses for my refills to match my Asian lashes! She gave me the best shampoo/condition of my life. Her hands are absolute magic. I have a Drybar membership and get blow outs regularly and I have never had such a magical scalp massage. I used to only trust one person to cut my hair for 14 years. Now that haircuts cost an arm and a leg where I live, I'm always in search for a reasonably priced haircut when I'm traveling. Gretchen, should charge more!!! I'm not sure if it's the premium products this salon uses or Gretchen's magic but I've never had a blow out last this long! This was absolutely ideal for me because my blowout looked fresh for the three days of the conference. Last, Gretchen is the absolute sweetest person and so easy to chat with. Please move to San Francisco, Gretchen! I would surely come to get a trim and blowout once a month if I was local.“

If you give her an example of what you want, she will excite it flawlessly. I get my extensions done every 2-3 weeks. Her service is so good that I always have good lash retention from her sets.
