Really great company to work with. The owner came out and did a quote, not pushy at all and very optimistic about what they could fix. He helped guide me in window selection. The workers were personable and had good knowledge of the trade and the materials. The window wrapping looks so nice and they did a great job caulking the outside. I'll definitely call them again for the rest of the windows in my house. They did a door replacement too and it is awesome! Very reasonable pricing, too. Wissman went to my home to give an estimate for replacing windows and a door. The estimate for whole door replacement (door jamb etc) seemed consistent with other companies. I particularly liked that they didn't force a sale on me and in fact, they gave me the name of a nearby business that could just do a glass replacement for a chipped window. He's been out 3 times, initially to one house to take a look and give some advice and potential estimate. On another day, he went to another home and gave a quote for All windows replaced - i placed the order -- currently (July 2022), windows are taking around 8-10 weeks to come in! A third time, i called him back o the first house to replace an exterior door. They're returning in the next few days to finish the trim and molding. I would recommend this company to anyone, at the very least, to have an additional quote. The estimate for the windows turned out to be higher than the original amount. He said the aluminum wrap wasn't included -- not sure if the windows were worse than expected, but the job looks like it'll turn out higher than expected. The owner is a veteran and professional. I would hire the company again. I'll repost when I have the new windows installed

Jeff and his crew do some excellent work. Don't even bother calling the bigger corporations for a quote! Support this local business by just giving him a call and he will respond quickly. We called them for 3 standard window replacements and one large window replacement in our home and they did a terrific job, was quick to respond, affordable, and cleaned everything up after finishing.
