The staff at Granville location were wonderful. This was an unforseen last minute wedding dress and veil pressing. The wonderful lady put me in touch w Margaret for and urgent assistance in pressing and steaming. Margaret called right back and set everything up w drop off and pick up at Granville Cleaners location. They were very attentive at drop off and picking up. Helped me to the car w my daughter's wedding dress. Took a lot of stress off myself. Her pricing was jawdropping to say the least. Friendly, quick to register's. Only had part of my dry cleaning ready on time. I came in the day after it was returned, and was missing 3 pairs of pant d/t having to replace a missing button (brought in with the button missing)
