If you're calling around or looking at any other company for HVAC repair, stop. This company -- Matt, particularly -- provides the best customer experience you're going to find in Central Ohio and runs circles around some of the go-to names that offer run-arounds, discourteous service, and no follow-up, not to mention absurd mark-ups and a strategy to sell you something you don't need. Matt personally saw to it that my 89 year-old mother had working heat. Found the part. Installed it. (On a weekend, no less). For that I'll always be grateful to him. Stop looking for anyone else, seriously. And they answer their own phone. Thanks, Matt!

I’ve been using Cardinal for the last 10 plus years for repairs and two new furnace a/c units (one for my house and another for a rental unit). Cardinal has always been quick to arrive, able to diagnose the issue, and resolve the issue. When purchasing the new units, I feel like they provided good advice on getting good quality without paying too much. The units continue to work great.
