Secondly Mary was so precise, really understood what I wanted and taught me so much about my own hair. She was so meticulous and spent so much time on my hair. She completely exceeded my expectations. Thirdly, Carol, the owner overheard me saying I'm new in the area and told me about some parks to visit in the area. “I have to shout out Studio 828in Elyria. I haven’t had my hair cut for about 2 years and those who know me best understand why..

Today I took a chance on a young cosmetologist at a new location in Elyria. It was hands down the best experience I have had at a salon.

I gave her full control and did not look in the mirror once. When she turned the chair I was so emotional. The staff was incredible and they just jumped into my moment with me. I don’t think that I will ever be able to put into words the emotion that I had and they were just simply amazing!

The vibes in there are incredible and I’m fully confident that I have found a new salon!

“One of the most friendly nail salon I have been to. It's always nice when you walk in and the owner knows you by name. The staff is always very friendly and does a great job at making you feel welcome. They take their time to get to know their customers and I always get so surprised when they remember details about me for example being a boy mom and how my kids play sports. I always go in for pedicures and have never left disappointed. Whether it's appointment or walk in they always find a way to accommodate me. Whereas I don't do manicures for my own personal reasons. I have seen them do a beautiful job on so many people and see repeat customers coming back consistently. The vibe is calm and relaxing with plenty of space for lots of clients but intimate enough to avoid any chaos. Especially in the warmer months where it can get busy for pedicures.“

The chairs were comfortable for our pedicures and they had a large polish selection. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating for us. My nice and I both left super happy with our services (mani / pedi) they had done, everything looked great!! The prices were lower than expected too- I say that because I couldn’t find a price list online. Will definitely go back!!“
