“My toilet was clogged and water was backing up into the tub. Apartment Maintenance worked for hours and did their best to get it somewhat better, but when they didn't have the tools to completely fix the problem, they called 1-Tom-Plumber. It was a Friday evening and I was given a window of 5p - 7p. Austin and John from 1-Tom-Plumber arrived with their equipment at 5:10pm (covering their shoes so they wouldn't track anything through the apartment). By 5:30pm they were finished, all was cleaned up and the toilet was flushing as it should. Not only were they efficient, but they were super nice (and even got to know my little dog). I highly recommend this company (and Austin and John)!“

I spoke with Jessica in the office regarding our complicated issues with our roof, solar panels and solar company. She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke with the roofing and solar teams, but I received a call from her less than 20 minutes later with the answers she needed and we were able to get scheduled.I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominick on the roofing side. He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had (even outside of "normal" business hours). When my husband and I couldn't decide on a shingle color, he let us come and see the shingles in person and sent photos of actual jobs they had completed to help make the decision easier. He was there throughout the job and the team did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. We had an awful experience with the company that installed and repaired our panels previously. This was a complete breath of fresh air knowing we were finally in the hands of a team that truly CARED. “Second time using HTC and they did a great job again. They replaced very old roofs on a garage and a shed; and had to rebuild the some of the structure to support it. Clean-up wasn't perfect, but they came back the next day and took care of it.“
