We started using this company last summer for our lawn care. They are very professional and responsive. The first time they came out, the owner went over everything they would do and explained it to me in detail because i have never used a lawn care company before so I wasn't sure what to expect, how long it would take for my grass to start looking pretty, etc. So, I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about saying they got no responses, etc. I've never waited more than 10-15 mins for a response.
