They have always worked with my insurance to make sure we got the best coverage.“

A recent visit to the office had a situation where Dr Miller was called on a medical emergency. The staff kept us informed every step of the way, accomodated those who needed to reschedule, and continued with other things they could be doing with patients while waiting on Dr Miller to return. When you are one of the best in your field, these things will happen, and if I were in that emergency situation I would also want Dr Miller. The staff didnt take anything for granted and handled the situation well and made the best of it. Excellent job I thought.“

“I had to switch to my eye doctor after my doctor retired so I started going to the Xenia location. Then they close their doors so I went to the oakwood location in Dayton . When I needed a trial pair cause an accident left me without contacts Erin and Ashley made sure I had a pair till my order was shipped. Awesome job thank you both so much ?“

“My mother had an injection Friday for Macular Degineration. She's had several before. This time she has severe post op pain, eye swollen shut, brusing, and bloodshot eyes 5 days later. Called several times, they didn't want her to come in. Had to go to the Eye urgent care at the Blue Ash for care. Middletown seemed to not care at all. Very disappointed ?. UPDATE-todays visit went great, Dr Albertson and her staff treated my mom very well, couldn't be happier!“
