We set the appointment for Thursday, but within just a few minutes, I received a call back saying they could squeeze me in on Wednesday. Shortly after, Melvin phoned me to introduce himself and assured me that he would call when he was en route. True to his word, Melvin called me when he was just 7 minutes away. Upon arrival, he was friendly and incredibly helpful. The job was completed flawlessly, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in Garfield Heights who needs a dependable plumber! He mentioned that my water heater was a fairly old model, and I asked him some questions about lifespan and potential issues that could arise. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models.
