We set the appointment for Thursday, but within just a few minutes, I received a call back saying they could squeeze me in on Wednesday. Shortly after, Melvin phoned me to introduce himself and assured me that he would call when he was en route. True to his word, Melvin called me when he was just 7 minutes away.
