“Ok, my post is about a month late because I almost never write these reviews; however, this guy DESERVES IT!!!!!

We had a duct cleaning in a three story house we'd moved into which was flipped twice in the last decade.

First, HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD COME! I can't tell you how often that does not happen with other contractors/businesses around here.

Second, the work they did was incredible. They not only did the job they said they would, at the price they said they would, but they were very non-interruptive as I was working from home. Additionally, he found small items with my ductwork that were not disclosed to us in our house inspection - and he did so without trying to "sell up" for more items at my expense.

Third, he was NICE!

Overall, the work made a big difference for us (we don't think the vents had ever been cleaned before).

I highly recommend this outfit for any related work you may have.“

He was on time- pleasant, and very polite. We appreciated the shoe covers that he wore to keep our floors clean. He was meticulous; took his time and explained all of the components of our furnace, while thoroughly checking each part. In addition he found that our thermostat software was outdated and causing problems with the heating cycle, so he took the time to update it; downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it properly. “VEH installed four mini splits in our 109 year old house - two bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. These are areas for guests and frequently used in summer months. The house is not otherwise air conditioned. There were four fantastic expert technicians on this project. They did outstanding work! A+ and more. This is a complicated project and they executed it flawlessly. NO MESS AT ALL. Meticulous work and respect for the property. Personable friendly workers. You get what you pay for with these big home improvement projects. VEH is worth every penny!“

“This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this year, removed the fan housing and taught me about parts, how things work, and what to clean and watch out for, used 4 gauges to test temperature and other metrics, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, did a leak test at my request to get ahead of a future issue and found no leaks. It was perfect service, prefect customer interaction, very patient and excellent to take the time to teach me things. And out AC is running better than ever, thankfully, as last night was very warm and humid and we have two asthmatics in our home!“
