I truly believe each person has their own experience. I had an amazing experience, and I do each time I’m in. I go for my regular cleanings, I’ve had my night guard made there, I’ve had two permanent crowns placed here. I was treated with respect the entire process. When I needed to come in for an emergency, I was seen right away. Don’t believe everything you read on the internet ❤️

I am so upset with the female dentist that was supposed to help my son. Everyone else was kind and caring and gentle and understood the seriousness of the situation. Given he just started preschool and has a broken tooth. They made an emergency appointment to have this tooth pulled only to be told when we get there that it is gonna scare my son. Which we discussed but we need this tooth out. So now not only did I waste 2 weeks waiting for this appointment to get this tooth removed from my sons mouth but we waiting for nothing. We could've used that precious time to help my baby and this female dentist in here was so rude. Not only was she speaking over me but she questioned wether or not I was putting my child's well being above all else. My sons in pain has been and they knew that. That's why we rushed the appointment. Not only that but she's giving him new antibiotics even though I expressed my concerns with his sensitivities regarding allergies and skin rashes. Just got told if he has one to call back and not use but like what the hell. She literally stood there arguing with me. My son has a dentist he sees but they couldn't get him in soon enough which was the entire point of this appointment and she totally just pushed my concerns under the rug and tried talking over me. Gesturing to calm down as I'm trying to express my concerns and such to her. Thanks for wasting my time and not helping my child like we originally came to have done.

Dr. Patel and everyone here are amazing! They helped me and treated me on Friday the 7th of July. I was terrified and it was a hard and painful process, but hey we're with me every step of the way!
