Thanks to the very friendly office staff, Katie, Lexi and Wayne for making my dental visit easy and quick. Dr Aico saw me right away when I called with tooth pain. Dr B did my root canal and it was fast and painless.

My family has been at Aicos dental for years, but I was surprised by our most recent experience. The front desk personnel was very very rude to me when I asked if she had taken another patron who was late before myself. She cut me off and raised her voice at me for no reason. Not to mention, their billing has been screwed up for years. They haven't fixed it yet. I was told they would, but it hasn't happend. I'll be seeking a new dentist. Especially since they are only open on Wednesdays in Garfield Heights now. I am done with Aicos dental. I will say, the dentist herself is very good but I have seen her with an attitude with the techs before.

Dr. Aico is excellent and caring and compassionate. She explained what she was going to do and talked to me the whole time in a reassuring way. The staff is great there from the front desk to the entire dental staff. I’ve been a patient for many, many years. It’s a pain free experience. Thank you!
