Alexis herself is very nice very quick at replying and seemed great but as far as work done I Got my eyebrows done and paid like 500$ just to end up with nothing. my healed product was non existent and they were super uneven after looking at them when I got home more anyways so I was kinda glad they didn't Take. I followed directions to a T. did not go to follow up bc I was not paying another 400$ for nothing again not risking it . I was soooo excited and as a single mama or two had to save up for these it's always been a insecurity or mine so I was suppeerr disappointed:,(
