We have used Assured Footing Home Inspections to do home inspections for us in the past but this time we called in Steve to do a mold inspection for us. He quickly scheduled us and did the test. Less then 48 hours we knew the results and are able to get the right company in to take care of the issue. Steve has become a one stop shop for us. Home inspections, drone shots and now mold issues. Would highly recommend, was very thorough during the walkthrough after the inspection. From start to finish he was very professional and informative. He kept us updated even letting us know when he was on site. He was very personable during the entire interaction. He even included my son during the conversations. Made sure we had no questions before we left. We felt that he truly cared about his job and helping his customers and it showed. His personality is helped make this experience a lot less stressful.
