The salesperson (EB) was very pleasant and extremely quick to respond to a request for a quote, and because we were on a time crunch due to some upcoming travels, he was able to make some calls and get us in for a complete furnace/ac installation the next day! The 3 installation guys were nice to work with as well - they were tidy, polite, and sweet to our 15 year old chocolate lab who decided to plant herself in the middle of all the action. The only reason why I don’t give them 5 stars it’s because it was really hard to get a hold of them last year. I hope they didn’t close.
