My brother referred me to The Joint a few months ago. The receptionist Morgan is friendly, welcoming and patient. I was having some difficulties with the IPad provided at your first visit for registration purposes. Morgan was patient and answered all of my questions.Dr Young has a great relationship with his patients! He gave me practical advice on taking care of my body and gets you in and out in a timely manner. After several visits I feel much better! I highly recommend Dr Young if you are having back problems! After several treatments I’m able to resume normal activities without being in excruciating pain!

This was my first time at a chiropractor and it was a pleasant experience. Went in for lower back stiffness. The doc assessed my issues and adjusted me. It was comfortable and quick. It wasn’t an immediate full relief of my stiffness but they made it clear that the first adjustment isn’t always a “cure”. I did notice significant improvement in my flexibility the next day. Still tender but could tell it was much more loose now. They offered recurring treatment plans but weren’t pushy in their sales. Front desk worker was also knowledgeable and polite. Will return for future visits.

My previous experience with a chiropractor was a one location business. I got sick of the high pressure sales tactics to renew for each year so I stopped going. Then I found the Joint. It’s such a different experience. There’s a reasonable monthly fee and I’ve been able to be treated at locations in Ohio, California, and Florida. I like the fact that you have some variability in which chiropractor treats you. They all seem to be slightly different so over time you get great treatment.
