I'm soooooo disappointed! I had been calling for days and leaving voicemails to confirm an upcoming appointment. Needless to say, no one returned my call so I visited the office. I was informed that Kaye sold the business and there is a new owner. I was informed that the phone number is the same. So, Kaye nor the new owner could use the phone to inform clients that their scheduled appointment would not take place??? This is terrible customer service and insight into our he integrity and business practices of the new owner!

I had a confirmed appointment and sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour. Yelena never showed up. Never replied to my inquiring txts. I traveled some distance to get to this appointment. I can not recommend this place.

On 5/25/2017 I went and had my eyebrows done. Had I not already paid thru Groupon, I probably would have left because my appointment was at noon and Yelena didn't arrive until close to 1:00pm. Once she was thru with the procedure, she was out of the ointment she gives you to put on your eyebrows while they heal so she told me to just use Vaseline. They did heal nicely, however they are uneven. As this is a permanent treatment, there is nothing they can do without possibly making them larger. I paid the first amount thru Groupon, then an extra $150.00 for the look of individual hairs (which did not work). I would then have to pay extra for any alterations. I don't regret having it done, as now I don't have to put on eyebrows every morning. I wear long bangs, so it isn't real obvious that they are uneven. I wish I could give them a better review, as Yelena was a very nice person and done a very good job on my sister previously (she recommended them). I guess she just had a bad day.
