Writing this review from the chair. Appointment hasn’t finished yet and I’m already happy with my decision to choose this location as my primary dental care place. Everyone from the front desk to Valerie to Dr.Rosenthal has been so personable, friendly, and real. A bonus for having an aesthetically satisfying office space and tv with lots of options (Netflix, YouTube) to calm nerves while waiting to be assisted. Just make sure to come on time, ask questions, speak up when you’re experiencing discomfort. You’re only hurting yourself by not saying so. Definitely excited for my upcoming appointments.
Every time I go in, I have a wonderful experience! The front desk greets me by my name, the waiting area is nice and clean. All of the staff is super friendly, and they are quick too.
