So far my experience has been pretty good. I am from an indigenous background so I have a lot of food intolerances, I didn't actually start going here to lose a lot of weight I just wanted a healthier diet. I enjoy the Optifast shakes when I don't feel like cooking because they don't contain my allergens and then I usually make my own dinner. I like that they let you work on a program that's comfortable for you but still pushes you towards your goals. Sometimes the service is a little bit slow but I always expect that from Drs offices, overall I'm satisfied. I have lost weight but I am not particularly overweight, I am just focused on my overall health.

I have been going here for 17 months and have lost 130 lbs. With the help of the dieticians, medical staff and the optifast diet program. I am now on their maintenance program and doing well maintaining my weight.

In just over a month I have already lost 30 plus pounds! I love that they work with your insurance and that you have access to a dietician and medical staff. The weekly check-ups are actually fun and keep me on track and motivated. This program is changing my body and my outlook on my future!!
