I’ve been going to both locations for several years and have nothing but great things to say. I’ve seen both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Gwin and love them both. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. The doctors take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Berk Eye Care Center.
First visit there, everyone was absolutely great, pleasant, happy, helpful, fast, knowledgeable, I'm glad I was recommended by Gahanna residents on "Gahanna in the Know"
Good experience. I've come here twice and have had no issues. Great customer service upfront. Great doctors. I've come both on a weekend and a weekday. I highly suggest a weekday if possible because it seems a lot less busy and less stressful. They also don't have the device that shoots air into your eye anymore (I always hated that). They have a different tool now to check your eye pressure. I think it's eye pressure.
