Ryan's expertise and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease.Throughout the session, Ryan attentively listened to my concerns and provided targeted care with precision. I felt the positive impacts of the treatment almost instantly. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for Ryan's healing touch. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking relief from physical discomfort and looking to improve their overall well-being.“

“Before I scheduled my first appointment with Ryan, the only way I could move my right arm was with the aid of a stick.
Six days after doing his
prescribed isometric exercises, along with shoulder the stretching he did at my first appointment, I could move my arm again. I continued therapy, and now I am able to return to my happy place, the tennis courts. At age 62, I thought I might have to hang up my raquet. I have had several physical therapists over the years, none of them came close to Ryan's expertise. His treatment methods are insightful, innovative and effective. I am so thankful l was referred to Ryan Goodman.“
“They are nice efficient and caring and they will have you feeling like a new person after said and done“

“Fit For Life Physical Therapy ended my plantar fasciitis pain! Alex was professional and friendly, scheduling my appointments. Chelsea was awesome and able to relief my pain and gave me home exercises and tips. As a non-runner I felt, excepted and comfortable. Thank you Fit for Life!“
“I had a sports injury that led to a lot of pain due to tendon and nerve damage. After a few days of the pain not going down, I went to Columbus Acupuncture and the next day pain had gone down a lot. I waited a few days before my next treatment, and again, after treatment a very noticeable decrease in pain the following day. I did a few more treatments following that and I am back to playing at 100% with no pain. Also, my father had a slipped disk and was having trouble sleeping because he could not lay down without pain in his back. After two consecutive treatments over the weekend, his pain was mostly gone and could sleep comfortably again. Great work, keep it up!“
“I have been going to 12 Meridian Acupuncture for many years. Very pleased with Brigitta and the way acupuncture has helped me deal with my arthritis.“
“I was not raised with TCM, herbs, mindful breathing, acupuncture, or anything of the sort. Daniel is a top tier professional. He is always brimming with joy, attentive to his clients needs and ever changing concerns. It's been a joy to share what I have learned with him and to learn more from him. I have seen him for years.

I have even had acupuncture sessions with him when I was in emotional upheaval. Having acupuncture with Daniel, talking to him about what he knows, and attending a formal Qi-Gong breathing class will be amazing experiences!“
“Anya is amazing. She spent time with me figuring out how to best help me. She prescribed me herbs that help so much. I highly recommend. I feel so much better.“

“Nick Vasilkov D. Ac. has always helped me.

He once gave me an acupuncture treatment for smoking over 10 years ago, and I stopped the same day. It was like turning off a switch, discarding what I thought was a habit, with no desire to smoke again.

If you are already taking supplements and vitamins, bring them with you to your appointment.“
“This unique counseling and wellness center offers a variety of services to help people improve the quality of their life. This place is well-designed, clean, warm, and very inviting. I've had the opportunity to meet many of the practitioners, and I look forward to experiencing service with a massage therapist and the acupuncturist. The counselors are very professional, kind, and keep after hours so I can see them at my convenience. I look forward to attending their upcoming in-house wellness retreat. For $199 they offer mindfulness, massage, Yoga, Acupuncture, and a five course plant-based brunch with an educational component. I'm going to spend my next available Saturday at Dragonfly!“
“The Center on High opened in February 1998 with a vision of providing holistic health services, classes, workshops, and community seminars on healthy living for body, mind and spirit. Each practitioner at the Center is an independent business, operating in cooperation with one another as well as sharing a similar worldview. One of the community organizations with which I am involved holds its monthly meetings in the lobby of this building, which provides a peaceful setting for our meetings.Occasionally, the practitioners of The Center on High and/or the clients of those practitioners are coming or going while our community organization is meeting in the lobby.I do want to point out that The Center on High is not accessible to wheelchair users or to those who have difficulty climbing steps; I am certain, however, that the practitioners would be happy to provide their services in a different, accessible, location.“
“AJ was fantastic at getting to the root of my problem! Will definitely be going back!!“

“You're probably looking at acupuncture places because you're desperate. Western medicine has either failed you, or offered you options (surgery, ineffective prescriptions, yet another round of physical therapy, etc.) that you would rather avoid.

You probably don't "believe" that this will work, and you certainly don't believe in the rhetoric they use like, "energy" and "toxins".

Let me set your mind at ease. Acupuncture does work. Dr. Mieko and Dr. Melissa are not only certified in acupuncture, but both hold actual doctorate degrees in fields like biology. Dr. Melissa is even a certified pain therapist.

You're going to go through several stages of assessment and treatment. Then they're going to present you with a treatment plan that is both short term and long term. They're going to give you directions on everything from acupressure to diet. Follow it. Do it. Even if it feels silly or unrelated. Go all in and commit to the bit.

We see Dr. Melissa most often, and I adore her. She is bright and sunny, very thorough, and so easy to talk to. Dr. Mieko is a gem, is always happy to see you, and is exacting in her treatment.

After only a couple of appointments, both receptionists knew us on sight. They could remember our names, and would pull out our charts as soon as we entered.

The rooms are complete with dim-able lights, soothing music, and adjustable treatment beds with extra pillows if needed. Everything is very clean, and the rooms are totally wiped down between patients.

Each room also has heat lamps for focusing on pain, as well as little heaters to warm the room as a whole. These are particularly nice on chilly, rainy days.

Some rooms have comfortable couches or chairs for people accompanying the patient, and the receptionists pay close attention to put you in one of these rooms if you have someone with you.

There is a brewery next door that can be rather noisy, but is rarely ever intrusive to the environment the staff have created here.“
