Shara is great! She cuts our hole family's hair. She takes her time with the kids to makes sure they are comfortable. I wish I could just give Shara the five stars and not the owners. They spent so much money updating the store in recent years and have had so many good employees leave and better themselves. Every time I'm in getting a haircut they have to turn away so much business do to no staffing, at least 2 people come in every time I get my haircut and they leave because she is booked solid. We scheduled and booked online for 2 appointments. Drive there, they’re closed for a week. I know places close unexpectedly these days but Supercuts shouldn’t allow appointments to be scheduled at closed locations. Wasted time and gas.Service: Haircut

The place is beautiful and clean, nice environment for sure, but the staff was iffy/not vary customer friendly. The lady that cut my hair seemed nice but the other was “busy” with her phone. & when she was asked advice from the other stylist it just seemed like we were wasting her time.The style cut I was asking for they didn’t seem to confident doing it. Simple choppy layers I’m not going to say I love my hair but I won’t be going back.
